NAQA Credit Fees
These will be charged for all Unit Standard Credits at $1.55 per credit. These fees will vary between courses depending on the credit value of the qualification. The fee covers the cost for registering credits on the NZQA Framework.
Related Study Costs
Compulsory textbooks and required materials are an additional cost. The required textbooks will be notified to students upon completion of the enrolment. All textbooks are available from NCNZ however students may purchase elsewhere if they choose to do so.
First Aid Certificates
First Aid Certificates are required for completion of most courses. The cost of the First Aid Certificate is not included in your fees and the undertaking of this course is the responsibility of the student.
Student Fee Protection
By law, all Education Providers are required to have some form of protection for fees paid in advance. NCNZ has chosen Public Trust - Fee Protect. Fee Protect is a student fee trust account which ensures you receive a refund on student fees, which are held in trust, if in the unlikely event the College is unable to complete your course. This could be because of closure, insolvency, loss of NZQA accreditation or course withdrawal within the stated timeframe.
Withdrawal Policy
Students may withdraw from their course of study at any time. If a student withdraws from their course of study within the first eight days from commencement of that course a full refund will be made less $500 or 10%, whichever is the lesser amount, provided that all course material is returned in good condition.
Student withdrawals after eight days shall not be eligible for any refund of fees.
