Full Time and Part Time Options
Students can choose to study either full time or part time, depending on their work and family commitments. However you choose to study, it is important to manage your study time and consider the hours required for your chosen courses. For full time study, you should expect to study between 30 - 40 hours per week. For part time study, you should expect to study between 15 - 20 hours per week. The amount of time you spend studying will depend upon your previous study and work experience.
It is not recommended that you work and study full time due to the practical requirements of some of our courses. Full time students who have attempted to both work and study struggle to gain practical hours and completion.
If you need any help planning your study, choosing a course or programme or completing your application to enrol, you can contact us on free phone 0800 759 0218 to discuss your options. Our administration team and tutors are all here to help you make the right choice.
